Our Story

Hawaz was founded by Dr. Khaled Abdulaziz Al-Ghunaim, one of the Kingdom’s leaders in digital transformation, after more than thirty years of service to the public sector. Hawz was founded due to a clear gap between the available solutions offered by non-local companies and the actual requirements of public sector entities. Most of these solutions, despite their success in other environments, were not fully aligned with the Kingdom’s culture and needs.

From this perspective, Hawz was established as a local company that relies on national talent and local capabilities capable of understanding the challenges facing the public sector and addressing them in innovative and effective ways. This company contributes to better aligning global practices with the local context and the Kingdom’s aspirations for a prosperous future.
