With the acceleration of digital transformation in the Kingdom, the need emerged for an objective assessment of the level of digital readiness in the entertainment sector. The objective was not only to determine the entity’s position on the digital maturity map, but also to translate the results into practical plans that accelerate the achievement of Vision objectives and enhance the quality of services provided.
The Challenge:

Methodology Applied
Hawaz conducted an integrated institutional assessment that included:
- Analyzing the current state through a review of digital strategies and documentation.
- Applying more than 60 indicators approved by the Digital Government Authority to measure the level of maturity.
- Conducting interactive workshops with stakeholders to understand on-the-ground capabilities and gaps.
- Preparing a detailed diagnostic report outlining maturity levels, challenges, and improvement areas.
- Designing a realistic, execution-focused roadmap aligned with available capabilities and resources.
